What I Do

i Provide a service for People in the area to feel companionship through Art.

I hope to create an environment of joy, peace, and community through our art- and hopefulLY make you or your loved one’s day a little bit happier!

Who is Creative Companion For?

Creative COmpanion is for anyone who feels they would enjoy art and a little bit of company! With that in mind, I really try to focus on the groups who might have a harder time engaging withour community. This includes but is not exclusive to people: with dementia, mobility issues, seniors, on the autism spectrum, special needs, etc. There is no person who is “disqualified” from this service, all are welcome, and sessions are designed around each persons specific needs and wants. If you have any questions about whether or not this is right For you, please reach out, I would love to answer your questions!

Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are one hour long, and are a great opportunity for those looking to create and socialize from home. During a session, I drive to you with all the supplies needed, and together we make some art! An individual session is especially great for those who are not comfortable in crowds/groups, have mobility constraints, or are just looking for a more quite and peaceful art session. People of all abilities (mental and physical) are perfect for this type of seesion, as each meeting in fitted for the individuals wants and needs.

Group Sessions

Group sessions are best suited for care group homes, Day centers, nursing homes, churches, and other gathering spaces. Each session focuses on a theme, while allowing the flexibility for each individual to create in a way that speaks to their heart. In a group session, we also have a greater focus on sharing and being proud of our art. This is a great opportunity for individuals to connect and engage with one another. In addition, this is good for centers looking to either add to or expand upon their art resources.

About me

Hello! My name is zoe and I am an artist. In one of my sessions I provide all materials, and sometimes a good cup of tea! I think creativity is something that every person can benefit from, whether they consider themselves “good“ at it or not. Art is my passion, and I love nothing more than helping people find their own love for it too. I would be so excited to bring that to others. During a visit we have a theme and set of materials to explore. During this time we chat, problem solve, and of course create!
